However, one question has remained unanswered like a dark cloud. How much will the Steam Machine cost? The memory shortage complications make this question even more important. We don’t have official pricing yet. However, a leak from a Czech retailer may have just provided our first indication of what the latest gaming box will cost. A third-party Czech retailer known as Smarty.cz has a live listing for the Steam Machine. The listing features two different models.
Leaked pricing details
The first model has 512GB of storage. According to the website’s source code, it costs 19,826 CZK. This converts to approximately $950 USD. The other model is a 2TB version. It appears to be listed at 22,305 CZK or $1,070 USD.

Why prices may be higher than expected
